Do you conduct contracts?

Since our family started Vall's Landscaping in 2003, we've built trust through simple agreements. We don't require contracts for your landscaping needs, including lawn maintenance. We only conduct contracts for major jobs.

Do you charge per cut or per month?

Since our family founded Vall's Landscaping in 2003, we’ve preferred a simple, honest "per cut" approach for Lawn Maintenance. We believe in fair billing that reflects the actual work we do for our neighbors.

Do you take breaks mid-season?

We treat your property like our own, which means we may pause Lawn Maintenance during the peak heat of July and August. If the grass isn't growing, we won't cut it—ensuring your lawn stays healthy and vibrant all season.
